Our Certified Consultants

Our Certified Shadow Work® Organisational Consultants have been highly trained and mentored in the use of the Shadow Work and Shadow Types (APRO Dynamics) technology, within an organisational context. Your Consultant will be conversant in using our assessment tools, to provide you with a detailed analysis of your team, or organisation. They will then identify and explain the different behavioural dynamics, that are causing the main challenges you are currently facing. Your Consultant will be able to help you resolve these issues, by facilitating you and your team through one of our Transformation Pathways.

Cliff Barry  is the Founder of Shadow Work®. He designed the Shadow Work Processes and is the creator of the Shadow Work Trainings (with lots of help from wonderful partners). Since 1988, his focus has been to train facilitators, coaches and mentors. He has been a leading voice in the development of the Shadow Work program as it has grown in the world.

He has led workshops and trained internationally.  Also a founder of the Inner King Training, Cliff models a profound respect for individual safety and self-direction in every moment of the Shadow Work^® Process.  He is known for his philosophical depth and perceptual acuity as he continues to expand the Shadow Work^® Model.
