SHADOW WORK ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTANTS TRAINING PROGRAM

This live webinar series will give you:

• the opportunity to use your Shadow Work skills to engage with and develop organizational clients.
• the opportunity to type an organization’s issue(s) and prescribe the best steps to take to solve the problem.
• a capacity to identify the behavioural dilemma(s) an organization is facing and to facilitate a resolution.
• a way to assess the blocks to a team’s effectiveness and steps to take to shift that team back into action.

What is new about this training?

What will the training look like?

This training is an online course, using Zoom video meetings for live presentations and group discussions. The training consists of up to 20 hours of teaching and practicing, spread over 10 sessions, with assignments to complete between each session.

You will receive your own copy of the Shadow Work Organizational Consultants Training Manual. You will be using this manual throughout the training, while you practice assessing and engaging with a real ‘case study’ organization or collective, with live support and mentoring.

The training will run for about 10 weeks. There will be alive process training session (for up to 2 hours) each week. The dates and times of all the live sessions will be scheduled to best suit the availability of all the registered participants.

In order for people from different time zones around the world to participate, the live training sessions will be recorded, and made available to all the participants to review, if they miss any live session. Different live process training sessions will also be held at different times, such that every time zone has some live processing sessions.

Are there any pre-requisites?

The pre-requisite for this course is that you have the ability to facilitate an advanced Shadow Work process. And you have also completed the Shadow Types Curriculum, which includes both the Basic Shadow Types (BST) Training (or the Genetic Shadow Types Training) and the Advanced Shadow Types, Loops and Pathways training. You are also eligible to do this training if you completed the old Types Loops & Pathways training. It is highly recommended that you have also completed the Transitions training, and ideally the Shadow Work Shame lifters training, as well.

Not completed some of the pre-requisites yet?

No problem. You can register into the Intensive versions of the Basic Shadow Types training, and/or the Advanced Shadow Types, Loops and Pathways training, and/or the Transitions training, all of which will be completed prior to this training (multiple training discounts available). – To register or for more details contact us at: mark@markanbroderick.com 

How much does the training cost? 

In addition to the training sessions, each participant receives one to one mentoring, this is therefore reflected in the price. This training normally costs £2,450 [~$3062USD]. However, as the uncertain and challenging times are set to continue for a while longer, we are offering you a 15% discount off the normal tuition. Taking the cost down to only £2082 [~$2603USD]!

However, if you register before April 30th, we are offering an ‘Early Bird’ discount of £150! Bringing it down to only £1932 [~$2415USD]!

The Facilitators:

Mark Broderick is a Certified Shadow Work® Coach, Group Facilitator, Shadow Types Educator and Organisational Consultant. Since 2011, he has been working (with Cliff Barry and others) on expanding and evolving the Shadow Work® model for new applications in both personal and corporate environments. Based in the UK, Mark also works with individuals and organisations in Europe, the United States, Singapore, Australia and Russia.

Cliff Barry is the Founder of Shadow Work®. He designed the Shadow Work Processes and is the creator of the Shadow Work Trainings (with lots of help from wonderful partners). Since 1988, his focus has been to train facilitators, coaches and mentors. He has been a leading voice in the development of the Shadow Work program as it has grown in the world.
